CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE CHEESECAKE BARS

Need a an easy dessert - make these chocolate chip cookie cheesecake bars. YUM! They are the perfect marriage of chocolate chip cookies and cheescake!
Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 cup softened Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • Filling:
  • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line a 9x9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt for crust.
  4. Cream together butter, brown sugar and sugar until fluffy.
